A Vinyasa Flow practice that holds the structure and discipline of Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga, infused with an immense creativity and dance-like flow.. a fresh and inspired blend of classical and modern styles. Practice dynamic asana as a movement mediation in an open system with close attention to physical / energetic alignment, and awareness of complimentary / opposing actions. Also, there is an artful focus on creative transitions that add elegance and uniqueness to the flow of the practice. Finally, an observation upon the subtleties of the breath and how feeling of how it affects the body and mind. Principles of Vinyasa Krama are utilized to create an evolutionary practice that aims to challenge, invigorate and harmonize body, mind and soul.
A PROPOS DE SIMON
Simon Park a commencé son voyage dans le Yoga en 1995 avec Shiva Rea au Département des Arts et Cultures du Monde à UCLA (Université de Californie, Los Angeles). Acclamé plus tard par Yoga Journal comme «l'un des professeurs de yoga les plus influents et les plus doués de la génération future», il dirige des ateliers, des formations d'enseignants, et des retraites de yoga à travers le monde depuis 2002. Son style est fluide, intuitif, et encourage la liberté grâce à l'auto-expression. Profondément influencé par les enseignements de Shiva Rea, Richard Freeman, Maty Ezraty, Joan White et Sri Dharma Mittra, “Liquid Flow Yoga» rappelle une danse entre yoga classique et moderne. Surnommé le "Nomade Volant», il puise son inspiration dans les légendes de la route comme Jimi Hendrix, qui a dit : "la Terre est ma maison ". www.liquidflowyoga.com
